These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Whisa application. By using Whisa, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the application.
Whisa is an interactive AI storytelling and chat experience operated by Whisa Team.
Whisa is designed as a creative storytelling platform where users can interact with AI characters, participate in story conversations, and create new story experiences through chat and optional image uploads. The application is intended for entertainment and creative writing purposes only.
Whisa does not provide professional advice, psychological counseling, or educational services.
When using Whisa, users agree that they will:
· Use the application only for lawful and personal purposes
· Not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
· Not attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or systems
· Not attempt to access data that does not belong to them
· Not use the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Users are responsible for the content they submit and the way they use the application.
Users may submit text, story ideas, and images to create interactive stories.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload.
However, by submitting content into the app, you allow Whisa to process and display that content inside the application in order to generate story responses and maintain story sessions.
Whisa does not claim ownership of your story content.
Whisa generates story responses using AI systems.
AI-generated content is automatically produced and may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected, or fictional. Users should understand that:
· Story responses are generated automatically
· AI characters are fictional and not real people
· Content is for entertainment and storytelling purposes only
Users should not rely on AI responses for real-life decisions.
Users may manage their story content within the application, including:
· Viewing previous story conversations
· Continuing existing stories
· Deleting story content or images
· Starting new story sessions
When content is deleted by the user, it will no longer be accessible in the application.
Users must not use Whisa to upload or generate content that includes:
· Illegal content
· Hate speech or discrimination
· Violence or threats
· Harassment or bullying
· Sexually exploitative content involving minors
· Content that violates intellectual property rights
Violation of these rules may result in restricted access or removal from the app.
All application software, AI systems, design elements, and app features belong to Whisa Team.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the application for personal use only. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the application.
Whisa may update, modify, or improve features at any time to improve the storytelling experience.
Some features may change or be discontinued over time. The team is not required to maintain all features indefinitely.
Access to Whisa may be limited or suspended if a user:
· Violates these Terms
· Uploads prohibited content
· Attempts to disrupt the application
· Uses the app in a harmful or abusive manner
This is done to protect the platform and other users.
Whisa is intended for users 17 years of age or older.
By using the application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Whisa is provided as an interactive storytelling and creative tool.
The application and AI-generated content are provided “as is,” and Whisa Team is not responsible for:
· User-generated content
· AI-generated story content
· Decisions made based on AI responses
· Loss of user content due to deletion or technical issue
Users are responsible for how they use the application.
